My partner is super handy and so it was their job to install this fan. First of all, we got the 60" model (60 inch Ceiling Fan with Lights Remote Control) and I really like the way that it looks as it's nice and modern. It's a nice size for our room, which isn't too big, and it definitely provides a nice breeze or feeling of air moving. The hardware it comes with is good and I like that it has the option of a shorter or longer fan 'neck' (where it hangs from the ceiling). It also can be hung on an angle, although we did not test this.My partner said it installed pretty easily, however due to our ceilings he had to reinforce the ceiling a bit first to accommodate the weight of this fan. That might say more about our ceiling than the fan, but make sure you think that through before beginning installation.
